Human Brain Stimulation and Electrophysiology Lab

Affiliated with the NeuroTexas Institute and University of Texas, this lab studies the neural mechanisms of information processing in the human brain.

I oversaw the programmatic implementation of a project focused on the computations of spatial navigation in the human brain. Wrote custom tools for analysis and visualization of neural data, as well as oversaw MATLAB migrations.

StockFries scrapes the SEC.gov website directly for quarterly 13F-HR filings, denoting the list of securities invested from the top 50 hedge funds. Changes are tracked in terms of ownership percent as well as most significant holdings changes (both positive and negative).

ChromaTune visualizes musical qualities of songs in a playlist in a 3-dimensional space of emotional tone, energy level and overall composition. Three dimensions of visual information (hue, saturation and lightness) are then used to colorize each track-point.
